Payment Options:
  • 100% Advance Payment by Cash
  • Check In time : 1400 hrs . Check out time : 1200 noon
  • We advise you to guarantee your reservation against Cash deposit at the time of booking.
  • A guaranteed reservation will be held until 1800 hrs unless a late arrival is specified.
  • Please intimate us the exact address to which the bills are to be sent. In normal cases, bills are sent to the address on the voucher.
  • Booking may be released if payments/ vouchers are not issued within cut-off periods.
  • In the case of a no-show or cancellation of a guaranteed reservation, the Resort reserves the right to levy retention charges for the entire stay.
Restaurant Timing
  • Breakfast – 8.30 AM to 10.00 AM
  • Lunch – 1 PM to 2 PM (on the day of arrival)
  • Dinner – 8.00 PM to 9.00 PM

Preferred Menu to be ordered at least 4 hours in advance

Cancellation Policy
  • 30 days prior to check in – 100 % refund
  • 15 days prior to check in – 50 % refund
  • 0 – 15 days – no refund
  • Postponement/ refund are possible only upto 15 days before check in date
  • There would be no refund for no show/stay cut short

We shall not be responsible for any delays & alterations in the programme or expenses incurred – directly or indirectly – due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accident, breakdown of machinery or equipment, breakdown of transport, weather, sickness, landslides, political closures (like hartal /bandh/strike) or any untoward incidents. In that case, no refund or postponement is entertained.

Proof of Identity

As per the latest GOI directives , all guests are requested to carry a valid photo identity (VotersID, Pan Card, Armed forces identity card , Passport etc). It is compulsory for foreign nationals and NRIs to carry their passport with valid visas or PIO (Person of Indian Origin) card. Relevant documents/ copies have to be produced at the time of check in.
